Auction Details

All auction items will be open online only for bidding. Bidding will begin at the start of the event (6:00 pm) and run for 1 week, ending on May 6, 2023 at 6:00 pm.

Raffle Rules

Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event only.

$20 = 10 tickets

$40 = 25 tickets

You may choose which items you wish to attempt to win by placing 1 or more tickets in the container in front of the items. There are no limits on how many tickets you may place in any given container.

Raffle winners will be drawn live after the raffle closes at 8:00 pm. You must be present to win.

All raffle and auction items are donated and have been made available for inspection prior to their sale. The Montessori School does not extend any warranties or services sold. The Montessori School specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty or mechantability for fitness for a particular purpose.

"Fair Market Value" shown is an estimate only and is not warranted by The Montessori School for tax purposes or general value. Check with your tax advisor regarding tax deductibility of your payments.

All bids must follow the predetermined incremental bid amounts. Bids are deemed final by the auctioneer or when the auctioneer announces a table is 'closed'.

A winning bidder shall pay for all items at the close of the evening. Payments can be made by cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

All sales are final with no exception for exchange or refund. Please carefully read specifications and limitations on items before bidding. By bidding on the items in the auction, the bidder agrees to be bound by the auction rules of the event.
